When I think of birds taking flight I feel uplifted...
I imagine being able to see all of life, with its fascinating interplay of relationships and events, both up close and in the context
of an interconnected larger world. In this flight there is a communication of heart, mind, body, and spirit that gives wing
to a greater sense of empowerment and strength and therefore to a deeper realization of personal freedom.
This communication fosters an opportunity to know, understand, and manifest one’s authentic being and therefore one’s vision.
What I’m talking about is an internal flight, a “movement of being” available to all of us contributing to
an enhanced sense of quality of life and wholeness which is our birthright; a flight toward more meaningful and
rewarding relationships with our sense of self, with significant people, with the world, with life itself.
